Sandwell UK Ltd was established in 1996 to meet the needs of
top level engineering companies.
Initially focussed on the motorsport industry, Sandwell has
now extended its customer base to include automotive, defence,
medical, architectural and oil and gas industries.
It still remains committed to supporting motorsport at all levels whilst
managing projects and working with national and multinational clients.
Sandwell works with most UK and European F1 teams as well as World Rally Teams, Touring
Car Teams and throughout the motorsport industry.
Also with historic and classic sports car
teams to revive and restore both old and re-engineered
components for a safer working life.
Sandwell has many years experience in meeting the requirements of
the oil, gas and marine industries, by
the application of environmentally friendly coatings and shot peening of offshore drilling and exploration equipment.
Sandwell is geared for the specialist demands of this industry.
Specialising in surface engineering, Sandwell has continued its investment in plant and equipment and now has some of the most advanced multi axis shot peening machines, with the coating division using computer controlled curing systems for precise process control.
Specialist skills with excellent
product knowledge in shot peening technologies and surface engineering are key to the company’s
success.
